Online Payment Security

Purchases from www.stephenemoran.com are made using PayPal (www.paypal.com) which is a secure online payment system. When confirming an order (before entering any payment details), you will see https in the website address on the PayPal payment screen. This means that communications between your browser and the website are encrypted and therefore secure. For further information please visit PayPal’s website for their security & protection information.

 

Customer Privacy –

Information obtained from customers will be strictly used for the purposes of the order and to inform clients of order status as and when required as well as any customer service related contact post delivery.

 

Cancellations

All orders for open or limited edition photographs are made to order.

If an order is cancelled inside 24 hours an administration fee of 5% is applicable.

If you wish to cancel an order after the process of printing and / or framing has begun, we can only offer a partial refund, which will be full price paid less 5%, the cost of the actual order i.e. printing costs only or print and framing costs depending on your order.

Once your order has been distributed no refund will be available. The timing on this cannot be specified as it is dependant on the availability of the materials required and workload of the Printing and Framing studio. On average, orders are usually shipped within 2 – 3 weeks.

 

Damaged Goods

Upon receipt of your purchase, any damage will need to be reported inside 48 hours. (This is to ensure it is covered by the relevant insurances if damage has occurred). If you do report any damage that requires mending, this will be carried out at no additional cost. Please ensure all orders are checked upon receipt or within 48 hours.

 

Delivery Address

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as goods which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee.

 

Incorrect orders received

If the unfortunate event of an incorrect order being sent out to you occurs, the product will be replaced at no extra cost. Please report any incorrect orders inside 48 hours after receipt so the original order can be verified against the goods sent out.
