Whilst exploring a small stream under a canopy of trees I came across a White Egret, slowly and silently I observed it hunting fish and witnessed it catch and devour 2 within the space of 20 minutes. Thankfully this beautiful bird allowed me in its space and was comfortable with me less than 10 meters away. I spent over 30 minutes enjoying this incredible experience and although the Egret was aware of my presence, it allowed me the opportunity to share and witness its hunting routine.
